His point  is that there are many ways in which right now it is not as effective an incentive for authors and that the language used to talk about it (or at least by the most strident advocates and reformers) is too adversarial and moralistic.</description>

		<description>I had a difference of opinion about the value of digital post-production work with a client and there was a bit of a stand off that was broken after casually mentioning that I had registered the group of photos with the copyright office. Copyright still does have some value.</description>
